Return Policy

Refunds and exchanges are officially valid for 90 days after purchase. If you would like to discuss a return or exchange outside of 90 days please send us an email, we're glad to work with you to try to find a solution. International shipping fees are non-refundable. Gift cards are non-refundable.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and verified, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within approximately 2-5 business days (processing time may vary by processing card bank.)

In domestic return cases prepaid return postage may be supplied. Unless specifically approved in advance, return shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping a package valued over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
